The bag ruins the mower The machine works tremendously. I have no complaints regarding how the Snapper cuts and cleans the lawn. The issue I have is with the bag. The back door of the bag closes so that the opening of the door is on the top edge. When the mower operates, the clippings and dirt blow through the opening of the bag directly into the user’s face. POWERFUL and excellent bagging machine – no mulching plug included. Everyone should know that while this does state the 3 in 1 deck that will mulch and discharge, this kit does NOT include the attachments for those features. You need to buy the mulching plug separately. Assembly was about 45 mins but it arrived perfectly and very quickly in a Snapper box. Bag ripped in first 30 minutes, engine block cracked in 20 hours Within 30 minutes of first use, the interior of the vacuum bag ripped, rendering the vacuum function unusable. Requested replacement bag via Amazon customer service.
