Good value I bought this as a backup for our bagging mower. The first thing I did before buying was to read reviews and found that a lot of people found this difficult to put together, some saying it took five hours! I need to read directions and pay closer attention to loose floating parts…. Iâll start with: the lawn sweeper works well (now that itâs all together). When it arrived the box was slightly damaged, but no more then I would expect for something of this size. Opened it up and found a random 4 inch bolt lodged between parts that were already assembled. Scratched up the paint (but I figure itâs a yard tool, who cares about scratches) and I couldnât see where that piece went. Poor packaging The packaging for this yard broom is a little lacking. Several items were bent and a lot of the paint has been rubbed off in shipping. The main frame was bent so bad that the brushes could not turn. After several conversations with craftsman about getting replacement parts for what was bent, nothing would be done. My suggestion is to check everything as soon as it arrives and return it through the Amazon system. If you go through craftsman, they will drag it out past the Amazon return…
