The blades fit perfect and the plug fits snug too Bought for Cub Cadet XT1 46″. The blades fit perfect and the plug fits snug too. Installation is as easy as it is for you to remove/reattach your deck. Removing/installing blades and installing plug is pretty simple. My Cub Cadet uses 15/16 wrench to remove blades. I used for first mow of the season today and was very happy with results. I had left over leaves and crap from fall/winter and mulching kit makes quick work of it. I give it 5 stars mostly because the price easily beat ol’ boy…
Needs some work to operate properly The installation instructions that come with this thing are a riot. Aside from the fact that they impart the obvious- like making sure that the mower’s engine is off and the PTO is disengaged before attempting to change out the blades (anyone that stupid deserves to be killed), they warn you to use “heavy gloves” when handling the new blades as they are sharp. Sharp? About as much as a butter knife. I had to take my grinder to them for about ten minutes each to get them even close to…
