I don’t understand the negative reviews I received my trimmer today as promised, extremely satisfied. I didn’t see what the problem was assembling the product, it took me longer to remove it from the very well packaged packaging. Once removed from the packaging within 5-10 minutes I had the shield and handle on without opening the instruction manual. Once I looked at the manual it was very plain what needed to be done.
