High Cost Replacement Part Worx did a good job @ keeping replacement parts propriety….This battery cost almost $200!!…..not to mention the battery charger….($40)…There’s basically no customer service, and because of cost, I’d suggest looking at the B&D 36V self-propelled machine….The Worx mower works well, but I had to really search looking for a replacement battery charger which cost about $10….Another suggestion is contacting a local company that specializes in batterys and chargers…
Worx 24 Volt Lawnmower Battery The battery is exactly the same as the one that came with the mower. I wouldn’t recommend leting these sit too long or without using or charging or you will be buying another at $200.00 a pop. Great battery life! I bought this battery as a second for my Worx battery mower. I LOVE, both, the mower and the battery. The amount of grass that this battery cuts far exceeds my old battery mower. The convenience of the take out to charge is great! It allows me to put in another charged battery to finish cutting my very large yard.
