Autofeed doesn’t work properly. Don’t buy this unit. The positive bits are that this unit is relatively inexpensive and – when it works – “eats” weeds just fine. The unit I received did not assemble properly – the shaft never “clicked into place” at one end, but that really doesn’t impair functionality and wouldn’t keep me from giving a positive review. The spool of trimmer twine, on the other hand, is the source of major problems. First, though the manual specifies 0.065″ twine, the thickness on the spool when delivered is…
