Impressive! Good bye pull-start! Good bye maintenance. Good bye gasoline, oils and solvents. I thought I’d give battery tools another opportunity and I’m glad I did. Operates at least as well as its gas cousins. About 1/3 of the weight ( – batt), no more storing solvents, mixing oils, no maintenance, no storing for winter, no filters or plugs. Very nearly an excellent blower I moved up from a corded electric blower (Stihl BGE 60) and this is a huge improvement. It blows pine needles and even pine cones, at least into stacks that can be picked up with a rake. It also took on our natural area with ease, where it was able to pick up and move matted patches of decayed leaves and pine needles, again to move into piles for pickup with a rake. Full turbo, full time, to get same performance as the redesigned handheld Greenworks 80v blower. Negative:Had to use full power with turbo to blow rain water off a deck with some furniture. Took about 25 minutes and drained my new 5 amp battery down to 1 bar which took 45 minutes to charge up. The newer Greenworks âTornadoâ handheld emptied a 2 amp battery doing the same task, cleaned out a good amount from a 15 foot section of gutters and blew that debris off the deck.
