I like it but… First things first. The trimmer does what it says it can do. I extends my reach making it easier to trim taller hedges and bushes. The only thing I have found is, at least for me, its a bit unwieldy. I do all my own landscaping, gardening and lawn care so I am well versed in handling power tools. I just find the weight a bit hard to manage when you are trimming over your head. The strap doesn’t help much either. I can manage with some effort, and I give my arms a rest every now and then. Works OK — But too heavy. The design is nice and it works good. But the reason I bought it is because I have some mature plants that are getting kinda deep. With my old trimmer, to trim the top, I had to get on a step ladder and try to lean way over and extend my arms out to get to the part of the plant that is far from the edge. That works to a point, but eventually, you lean/extend your arms so far you can’t hold up the trimmer anymore.I thought this telescoping SunJoe would solve this problem. Well…
