Complete garbage, too dull to cut cleanly. I hate to leave bad product reviews, but this time I feel like I have no choice. This product is junk. No other way to put it. Mine was brand new, straight out of the box today, 8/21/18 and was too dull to make a clean cut through any of my bushes or shrubs. Mostly it just feebly saws away at the ends of branches, pushes them around a little and strips away the leaves. So much faster that a manual trimmer. I just received my new trimmer and used it for the first time today. The very first thing I noticed when I took it out of the box was it came with a short cord, unlike what is pictured in the images here and unlike what is pictured on the box. As far as I could tell, the cord is permanently attached to the trimmer. This must be a new feature that the product description has not caught up with.
