Don’t Let the Stars Fool You…??? I ordered and received a “factory refurbished” unit. Well lets just say, used and put in a box and shipped to me… I received a mower with grass and dirt on it, however the catcher was empty LOL. The front plastic piece above the front wheels sustained a couple of cracks during shipment because of how it was boxed for shipment, without packing material but one large piece of styrofoam that in no way helped to protect the mower during shipment; and looked like it was broken off of something…
