Worse mower ever Whoever designed this mower really goofed. Most get self propelled mowers so they do not need to “PUSH” the mower. However, with this one, you have to push on the handle to make it go forward. Caused bruising on wrists. Plastic cracked. The tires had no traction at all and this made it hard to mow on banks as it wanted to slide down and of course, that was complicated even more with the requirement of pushing on the handle to make it go forward. Lawnmower is nice, packaging not designed for UPS shipping Snapper mower arrived with 2 wheels broken on diagonal corners, 1 front & 1 rear.That means UPS dropped it at least twice. Amazon replaced the mower, and 2nd one arrived with 1 wheel broken also. I had to scavange parts off of 1 mower to make a working mower.Started the now-repaired mower and proceeded to cut the front lawn. DO NOT BUY – YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED – ITS JUNK NATIONAL PROBLEM WITH THE REAR WHEELS. THE CENTERS ARE MADE OUT OF PLASTIC AND THEY BREAK EASILY. HAVE BEEN TOLD SINCE MARCH THAT THEY ARE AWARE OF THE PROBLEM AND IT IS ON BACK ORDER. I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT A WORKING MOWER LONGER THAN IT WORKED.
