No PIN = unusable mower Since I’m disabled I bought the 315x from Amazon to keep our yard mowed for our pups. We don’t have a local Husqvarena dealer so Amazon was my only choice. Unfortunately I have a problem. As you know you have to use a PIN to get into the menu system. I didn’t have one so I contacted Husqvarna twice. The first time I was told to contact the dealer. After explaining that I purchased it from Amazon, I was told to register it and I’d be given a PIN at that time. So I registered it but still…
Works fine but seems designed for dealer installation Updated: This mower keeps 1200 sqft. of lawn in a marine environment. Since this is a vacation home I am frequently not present (there are issues here – see below). The lawn is mostly flat however one edge is on a slope. Follow the directions and do one last cut of the lawn prior to using the automower. Excellent buy but…. This is my second Husqvarna Automower, the first was a model 315 that unfortunately got stolen. I decided to buy the 315X because of its GPS functionality that could help in the event of another robbery. I got the unit in December 2018.The 315X work as advertised in maintaining your lawn as you would expect.
