Just done with this “solution” I don’t know who came up with the idea that a loose fitting rubber strap is going to keep a hole in a mower deck closed with any kind of success, but he was outrageously incorrect. There are a dozen other ways to better secure this, places where it could attach securely to, had the designer given it the slightest bit of thought.
