First, this fits my 2008 cub cadet lt1045, with the kohler sv600 single cylinder engine. I re used the intake gasket. There is an ear on the valve cover, opposite side to the exhaust outlet, that proke off. It holds the muffler in place and is essential. If this isn’t connected the muffler will break at the weld. I had to make my own bracket and attach it the valve cover bolts. This is the long bracket. The 2 smaller brackets are not connected, but I may make a bracket to attach that as well…
