This thing is awesome This head makes the Stihl FS94R I bought so much better. It took me maybe 5 minuets to change the head from the Stihl to the Echo. Its really that easy. The only trimmer head you’ll want to use from now on. This is the second type of speed feeder I have owned and it’s the best investment you can make for your trimmer. Forget using those pre-cut length string gimmicks and buy this if you have any decent amount of weed eating to do around your house. Easy to install and even easier to load string into it. Brilliant design. I have a Cub Cadet BC490 that I ordered this for. It arrived yesterday and it worked perfectly right out of the box. My unit has left hand threads so this head fit it just fine without using any of the adapters. I don’t understand the 1 star reviews. This thing is designed well. The instructions leave a little to be desired but that’s par for the course these days. I used it for over an hour and it performed flawlessly.
