Excellent tool but crappy charger needs to be replaced I was a bit skeptical that the rather small battery would have useful capacity but I was proven wrong. The tiny (4c 18650) battery cuts many branches and because it’s light the whole thing is easy to handle. The plastic used by Worx is a notch above what you get from other tools. My advise is to push the handle down gently so that the chain stays at speed and doesn’t bind. Pretty amazing how this thing will cut everything from 4″ apple to a bunch of blackberry to vines. A great tool for clearing brush and overgrowth This is a great tool. I have used it to cut up and down about 35 young trees and wild privet hedges where a chain saw is too much power and heavy duty ratcheting loppers are not enough. It works well. I would recommend that you always carry the socket tool with you to open the hatch andadjust the chain because it will slip off from time to time or may get caught under compression of the weight of the tree.
