Customer Service stinks! I was really pleased with this mower all last year but today when I went to use it for the first time this year after only a few minutes of use the blade bolt broke off and the blade flew out from under the mower luckily missing my dog who was standing near where it landed. Great mower Went up in price by $40 the day after I bought it… Great timing on my end. Very speedy shipping, took 3 days. Pulled it out of the box, assembled it, added oil, filled with premium, and sure enough fired the first crank. Smoked for about 2 minutes, I zip tied the lever to let it run a bit before use. I love this mower! This mower is easy to start, and very easy to use. It mows my 1 acre of property including a sand mound with ease. It is also very good on gas, I can mow my property on a little over one tank of gasoline. I recommend this mower to anybody. I have read previous reviews prior to my purchase regarding the platic wheels and problems with front wheel bearings but so far I have not experienced this issue and I have mowed my property for the last 5 weeks which usually takes me 3 1/2 hours, but all…
