Great Snowblower from a Great Company I ordered this machine about 4 weeks ago. Shipping and delivery was easy, scheduled it right here on Amazon for a Saturday morning delivery and was given a window between 11:00-1:00. Ceva was the carrier and they arrived with a box truck promptly at 11:05 am which was a bit surprising. We had a couple of significant storms by me this winter, 12+ inches and the blower worked great. I was more cautious working with the compacted snow at the end of my driveway (from the street plows) then in my driveway, taking in less snow at one time, but the blower handled everything without issue. Product that does not start with no back up support I did my research before buying a snow blower but obviously made a big mistake. I wante a premium product so I donât have issues and even if something happened wanted a service network that could take care of the issue.
