Incorrect O.D. measurement. This was an exact replacement part for my husqvarna RZ5426 zero turn mower with a 26hp Kohler 7000 series engine. If either the belt or the pulley goes you should replace both just to be safe, and if youâre just thinking of being cheap and doing the pulley only, youâll think twice about not doing the belt as well once youâve removed everything just to get the pulley off. The listed item measurements are incomplete at best or incorrect at worst. It is listed as being 3/8″ I.D. X 3&1/2″ O.D. X 1″ H. While this is correct overall, the O.D. measurement includes the retaining shoulder. the actual working face of the pulley is only a 3″ O.D. Product arrived earlier than expected and was a direct replacement to the old pulley. It took my father and I a little while to figure out how to arrange the washers to install the product because Husqvarna definitely had it wrong in their manual (arranging it the same way as the diagram pressed the pulley itself up tight with the engine plate not allowing it to spin).
