Works as advertised I bought this unit to replace a German Lescha Zak 1800 chipper (no longer manufactured) that I had for many years until its motor burnt out, so that is my standard for comparison. One big difference is that whereas the Zak made a terrible racket, the Greenworks isn’t nearly so bad, no louder than your average leaf blower even when it’s chipping. Of course the main reason for this is that while the Zak was all heavy-gauge steel, the Greenworks is mostly plastic, with hollows that muffle the…

Nice design Easy to assemble. There are only 4 bolts to install: two for the wheels and two holding the frame to the body. Don’t over-tighten the wheel bolts or they won’t spin easily. It comes with the allen wrench and open ended wrench that you need to assemble it.The manual is printed on some rather brown recycled paper.
