I didn’t want to make a stupid $300 mistake I’ve been cutting an average of 4 cords of firewood for 36 years. I have used just about every brand of gas powered saw at one time or another. I’ve gotten fed up with today’s 2 cycle engines to the point where I’ve gone to battery and electric for blowers and trimmers. Now trying to do the same with the chainsaw. Chain constantly pops off This chainsaw cuts great, plenty of power, and I love not dealing with fuel or exhaust fumes in my face. However, the chain constantly pops off the chain bar. For every 5-10 minutes of use I will spend about 5 minutes putting the chain back on and adjusting the tension. Loose, tight, doesn’t matter the chain will fly off within 5-10 minutes of use. I’ve owned several gas powered chainsaws from 12 to 24 inches 40 to 60cc, and have never had this issue with any of them.If you like…
