Works well, broke after moderate use, but Gardena warranty replaced them – TWICE Bought these in Sep 2014 on Amazon and used them lightly to moderately for trimming and edging around areas hard to get at with a string trimmer or my Gardena electric trimmers. Sharp, lightweight, well made. These garden shears are very light-weight and remarkably sharp. I own other Gardena products and have never been disappointed in their manufacturing or the longevity of the product.However, if you have copious amounts of grass trimming, and/or the grass is thick or over-grown, your hand will feel it eventually depending on your hand strength.
