No service or phone number for cust. ser. I have tried many sprinklers over the years. My water pressure is fine, 52 psi but flow is not so great. This was the only sprinkler that would keep oscillating with out getting stuck in one spot. One of the two sprinklers I purchased, after working fine forr two years, did get stuck. Since these sprinklers cost $43 each, tried to find a customer service person to ask how to get the sprinkler unstuck or is it repairable. Better than most The best coverage of any sprinkler I have owned (and that’s quite a few, I seem to break them every few years). If you are running off of well water without a filtration system then expect the jets to clog up every so often. I use a dental pick to clear them. The adjustment for watering area works fine and it gives fairly even coverage, but it’s a little less at the corners as with all oscillating sprinklers.
