Excellent product especially for the price! In comparison to my #8 Felco pruners, I would say that the Truly Garden pruners that I just received are quite comparable at a much better price. The construction is almost identical with a few differences: the Felco’s are better aligned, are made completely of steel and the handle is permanently coated. The Truly Garden pruner is aligned okay but not perfect, the blade is steel attached to aluminum hence probably why the TG pruner is lighter weight and the TG has a handle-sleeve that…
Excellent Pruning Shears I received my Truly Garden Pruning Shears just a week ago to replace a Corona pruner that recently broke. I have found the Truly Garden shears to be quite durable and they make consistently clean cuts. I’ve used them to cut everything from clumps of grass, to tree roots, to 1/2 inch branches with no jamming, bending, or otherwise failing. As a lefty, I would consider the shears to be ambidextrous.
