They stand by their product and customer We purchased and have used this great pole chain saw since August 2013. We’ve never had any trouble with it at all, and it has done some tough, dirty work cutting macadamia tree wood which is a very hard and sappy wood. This week, in June 2017, we lost the plastic sheath that covers the chain end of the saw – not a good thing if you are klutzy like me.
