Great for smaller projects I purchased this along with two others to try..I have nothing against this, great for smaller stuff, very sharp, light weight. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because compared to the other two I purchased, the handles are plastic but it does have a screw, in it, so as long as you don’t use it to cut anything real hard like a stout branch, I think it will work nicely for lighter weight jobs which it probably was designed more for..I think if you cut through hard wood there could be a chance…

Would recommend these – and they lock securely when the job is done. And be sure to keep up with the plastic tip cover- don’t forget these trimming scissors are sharp! One suggestion- consider making a larger, perhaps red- tip cover to protect the trimmer, as well…
