I never thought I could get this excited over a shovel, but this one is amazing. Broken Handle If you’re digging for reviews, here’s the scoop. I live in Florida where the soil is sandy and loose. While working in a sandy hole, the shovel cracked at the point where the spade meets the handle. So I dropped my load and it fell apart when moved. Best shovel I’ve ever owned and best warranty/service At first, this shovel seems a bit heavy and the angle of attack on the shovel head seemed a bit steep, but I think my old shovels were, well, old.I bought my first one a little over a year ago and managed to slightly bend or warp the shaft where it meets the head. I took a picture and submitted a claim, and I received a brand new shovel with no extra money from me within 2 weeks.
