Garden Shears These Shears broke in two pieces after about 10 minutes of use. The blade only goes up apprx. 1/4 inchinto the plastic and unless you are using this for “dead-heading” small blossoms I would not recommend this.I am a great big fan of Fiskars and almost all my tools for gardening are theirs, but they blew it on this one.I have since ordered “Bonsai Shears” which are from Japan they last for years, never get dull and will cut withease almost everything up to 1/4″ and cost…

Don’t use as intended. I use these for snipping fabrics and threads. I use the Kuhn-Rikon shears for garden work and have had no problem with them as long as you cut far back on the blade and not on the tip as to not spring them. You can use the tips on tender herbs. I do and they work just fine but back to this particular scissor. They are extremely sharp. Don’t lose your cover! Keep then away for sure from kids and pets and dumb grown ups. I have a few grown ups that proved that. They will snip also a 3 oz. leather…
