Designed to maximize your cutting power when pruning living plants, our powergear bypass pruner features patented gearing technology that multiplies force in the middle of the cut where resistance is greatest. This makes cutting three times easier than traditional single-pivot tools. A razor-sharp, precision-ground blade makes clean cuts, and an ultrablade blade coating keeps the blade sharp five times longer than untreated blades, makes cutting easier and helps resist rust. Additionally, the ergonomically designed duraframe handle includes a gripease pad at a key pressure point to help improve grip and reduce hand fatigue. Pruner includes a 3/4-inch cut capacity and a lifetime warranty.

JoeBrown "ToolGuy" says:

I use this pruner all the time. If you have tender or sore hands, and many branches to prune, this is a great tool. No blisters and a lot less hand cramps with large jobs or long hours. Works very well on small to medium bushes. If you have large branches you will need the larger Fiskars pruner. I was surprised how the PowerGear really made that much difference. Much less hand fatigue after working all day trimming my bushes.

Kyle David says:

A compact pruner great for household gardening We have a flower large bed full of hydrangeas, marigolds, rose bushes, morning glorys and more. I use this pruner on it throughout the summer to keep things looking neat. Then when winter comes around I have to cut most of flowers and bushes to the ground so that it can all come back beautiful next spring. I always use this pruner, and no matter if I’m out there for an hour or 4 hours, my hands don’t get sore. It just cuts so easily with the swivel handle, and the way it fits into your hand…

Scott Strom says:

Super Sharp These pruners are extremely sharp. They cut like a hot knife through butter. The hand grip is very comfortable. They also have a lifetime warranty. Great product.
