Great customer service. Fiskars replaced bent blade with titanium one Update 6/24/14: The day I wrote the below review, I submitted a warranty claim with Fiskars. The process was very easy and all online. Today, I received a replacement cutting blade which is gold in color and says “titanium” on it. No hassling with sending back the cutters or even just the blade. Impressive service. Upgraded from two to four stars.
