Not Good! Can’t cut corners in price when dealing with flammables! I installed on the left frame of my Gravely 16G to replace the mechanical pump and was not near any heat source. The pump worked for 20 minutes then stopped. I felt with my hand when I turned ignition back on to feel it running because I could not hear it running. The pump was so hot that I could not leave my hand on it…to the point I considered dangerous with gas inside. I decided to remove the next day when cool. Nice little pump I used this to empty 30 gallons of fuel from a boat. It worked excellently for this. Took a little over an hour including stops to empty the 5 gallon can into nearby vehicles. It accepted 5/16″ fuel line and I even included a cheap inline wix filter to catch any debris. The pump is rather loud and to be honest, judging by the sounds it makes, I don’t know if I would personally trust long term on a vehicle or similar situation.
