It is Rigid… But works great! ( Craftsman DTY 4000 42″ Deck Tractor) Seems fine although I will have to agree with some other reviews that it is considerably more rigid than the original one that I had. It is Identical in shape and look… but definitely more “hard plastic” then pliable molded rubber. I will say that in order to break it though you would have to really rack it into something really hard or catch it just right.
