Toro leaf blower I bought this to suck up Royal Emperess leaves, rather than me raking and bagging them on a weekly basis. The review for this was mixed and I thought I would take my chances. I made a mistake. It’s not powerful enough to suck the leaves up as fast as I would like, it’s more efficient to make a leaf pile and it’s blades aren’t tough enough to handle the leaf stems of my tree. I have to squat over the leaf pile with the Toro and hand feed the leaves half way into the tubing, which is pointless…
Inaccurate description, but works well Confusing Inaccurate Amazon Presentation: As of May 15 2015, Amazon presents 4 models of Toro corded electric blowers. All models are rated by airspeed power varying from 160 mph to 235 mph. The 210 mph model is more expensive than the 230 mph one. Both models appear to be the same, but the 210 mph (51617) is called a Rake and Vac; and the 230 mph (51618) is called a Super Leaf Blower Vac. The Rake and Vac name would be more plausible if Toro included some little tines on the end of the vacuum…
