Would like to have a 2nd batt so I wouldn’t have to wait for the recharge to finish mowing the lawn. Seems it is impossible to buy the battery for this mower anywhere. I bought a CMCMW270Z1 V60 lawn mower at Lowes on sale and now they suddenly stopped selling them. I have a half acre of flat lawn and the 7.5 Ah battery will almost mow it all, but not quite. Amazing Power, Quiet Noise Level, So Clean
The self propel. Love the mower but the battery didn’t finish my yard (.45 acre) with one charge and it takes over 2 hours to recharge. I almost took it back, but after contacting Craftsman, they said the 7.5 is a new battery and only available with the mower at this time. Considering the 5.0 is over $200, and the charger is almost $100, I decided to buy another mower at Lowe’s for $207 plus tax.
