compare closely with cable you are replacing. Exactly what I needed for my Craftsman YT4000 lawn tractor 46 inch mower. Original cable snapped after 7 mowing seasons. This is exactly the same as OEM. It took me less than 30 minutes to remove original cable and replace this one. A word of advice. Hook the end of the spring in place on the mower deck BEFORE sliding the cable retainer clip into place. I also put some oil down into the cable housing before install to reduce friction. Cable was about an inch shorter than original, I’m sure it had stretched some over 7 seasons of mowing. But new cable was so tight that blades were turning without pto being engaged.
