The chain on my new 20″ chainsaw dulled and finally broke after several afternoons of cutting seasoned Juniper wood. I have a friend that used to own a lumber business who advised me to use Oregon chains. I bought two of these Oregon 72LGX070G chains. I use these chains on a Poulan 2050, and I like the chain much better than the saw. They’ll cut like crazy. Unlike another review I haven’t experienced problems with the Poulan bar or nose-sprocket in combination with this chain. Every time I fuel-up and add bar-oil I sharpen the chain using a 7/32 round chainsaw file, (25 degrees on the cutter & a 10 degree angle) and I grease the nose-sprocket. Give it a try.
