Good, but with reservations… Item is sturdy and functional, but does not come packaged in its own box. As a result, one of the posts I ordered arrived without its cover plate (cover plates are supplied in a baggie taped to the post). Also, all the instructions come on labels stuck to the post which are a pain to remove (they shred); so order a bottle of goo-gone when you order these! Finally the gasket seems to be made of stiff cardboard, and seems dubious as to its weather sealing properties. I’ll be using instant…
