The BUB182Z will also run on Makita’s 18V Compact Lithium-Ion battery (sold separately).

Works well for light duty clean up For me it works well to clear up leaves around the pool. It is much smaller than the usual electric or gas power blower. The air flow is much more narrow but still powerful. It small and light enough that my six year old daughter can handle without difficulty. Added bonus, it works wonderfully in starting a charcoal fire. It take less than 1/4 time to do so.For major clean up I still prefer my old Homelite gas power blower.
