Great all-in-one kit We have a few acres to mow, some of which is dotted with big pines and surface roots. Last year I accidentally drove over a not-quite-flush-enough tree stump while vacuuming leaves & pine cones. It bent one blade slightly. I figured I could carefully vacuum some more, but, a couple hours later a couple big clunks and something was seriously wrong under the mower deck. This spindle holding the blade that was bent some, had cracked in the little bridge area where it is bolted in place…
Excellent item! Item was bought from “Damnlow Prices” and was supposed to be delivered on or about Aug 29… I got it on Aug 23rd! Awesome. the item came complete, spindle, housing, bolts, bearings… Blade washer and nut, pulley nut and washer as well and, a grease fitting which my stock unit didnt have. plus, the mounting holes in this did not need to be tapped with self tapping screws like some others you can buy. I installed it last night and will cut the grass this weekend. oh I got this for my 2010…
Saved The Day My husband had ran over a steel bar in the tall weeds and demolished the cast part of the base on ours, disabling the lawn tractor at a very inopportune time. Sears Parts was going to take forever to ship one, and I found this one for a lot less money threw Amazon…It came with the 4 bolts and even a new bolt to attach the blade with! I was simply amazed!Perfect fit, got here quick, and SAVED THE DAY by allowing us to mow 4 yards before the rain came in on schedule…
