Best Cordless This is by far the best string trimmer I have ever owned. You just don’t have to fuss with the string. It is completely automatic, no bumping to adjust. I have been pleasantly surprised by the amount of work that can be done with one charge. The battery holds its’ charge for a long time between uses, unlike most of my other cordless tools. Most string trimmers I have previously owned were very fussy and always seemed to be in need of adjustment. I have owned this trimmer for six months…
Disappointed with Battery I bought this to replace a similar Black and Decker unit that I had for two years before smoke started coming out and the old one burned up. The battery is important. I used it for edging primarily on the sidewalk and along the other edges along the house and yard. The previous unit I had did a great job and I could do the entire yard with one charge. Fed up with crap battery When I first got it two years ago, the charge would last long enough for me to do the edging around half of my (small) back yard. Annoying, but I dealt with it.
