FANTASTIC All I can say, is this little trimmer is FANTASTIC.I have several 8 foot high sculptured pyramidal evergreens that require trimming every few weeks. Very dissatisfied. Lost $15.00 giving them a try. I had to return this item because it hurts my hand to use them. I have arthritis and can’t use manual clippers. These had reasonably good reviews. However, the button used to turn these on has to be held with your thumb continually for them to operate. Five minutes at a time is all my thumb joint could take. I used them once.I had no problems getting an RA for the item. I replaced them in the original packaging and took it to the original carrier – USPS. It cost me $15.00 to ship…
Works well, but one major flaw For the price, this works quite well. The construction is not great, for example if you did a lot of blade changing, I could easily see the small plastic tabs that hold the blade in eventually breaking. There is a nice safety feature where if the blade encounters something it can’t cut (wire, thick branch), the motor will stop. You must release the trigger and press again to restart.
