Carb fits the HS5067167E Tecumseh Engine Perfectly It’s not very often that I write reviews, but I think for those, who like myself, looking for hard to find and replacement parts, reviews go a long way. I have an older go kart with a Tecumseh HS50-67167E engine. Kart looks like something out of the ’70s at best or maybe early ’80s. No matter the age, the engine is no longer sold. Great Replacement for 1980’s Troy Bilt Tuffy Tillers (Tecumseh 3.0 hp H30 models) I have a 1989 Troy Bilt Tuffy Tiller and the carburetor needed to be rebuilt. Sourcing a rebuild kit was difficult and I would have had to buy the mounting gasket separately with additional shipping. It was going to be about $25-$30 for the kit, gasket, and float after all shipping charges were added up. For just a little more money I found this and decided to make life easy and go for it. The carb. was the right one for my tiller and it shipped a little before the estimatted. delivery time. Had to bend the chock arm to work. thats not a big problem also had to re-rought the gas line.So far not too bad. Put a little fresh gas in the tank. Started on the first two pulls.
