BATTERIES ARE THE ACHILLES HEELI like the idea of Greenworks products, in general, which is why I rushed to buy one.I did not expect the second use to be the last I’d ever use it.The battery died on the shelf and would not charge after 14 months.The warranty expires at 12 months for batteries, go figure. Replacement cost: ~$100.That’s more than double the cost of a plug-in tool.Get an extension cord…It’s just not worth it.YOU’VE BEEN WARNED
This is a very nice machine. It cuts well and is very quiet. The best part is that it is so light that my wife can operate it. She now insist she has to trim the bushes :).
