interesting device-but cheap plastic not durable pros:A unique device. I hate fussing with 2 cycle gas engines. Corded electric trimmers work well but are impractical moving around a large lot. The concept of a cordless device is great. Can use to trim overhanging low branches on tree. Can cut weeds at ground level and can use as a conventional hedge trimmer for large hedges that would be tough to handle with a regular trimmer.cons:Arrived with a screw on clamp misthreaded. Was tough to remove, but easier to fix…
some good some bad good: I am using it to cut ferns and brush at ground level. about 1/2 acre at a time. in a very remote area. does a very good job. easy to carry into the area and easy on the back.bad: head broke off and the switch at the head makes your hand cramp big time. taped the head switch to on all the time and just rotate the cutter to engage the lower switch or not. always point cutter away from you doing this. the head I put a clamp on it and duct taped it off. so far working…
