Not Recommended The photos and the visual impression of this product is positive. It is during use that this product fails badly. The blades pivot on a pin, of course, and the tension on the blades is supplied by a spring. When I was younger, the tension on tools like this (scissors, clippers, etc.) was adjustable and controlled by a fine-thread nut/bolt arrangement. Unfortunately, on these clippers, that arrangement has been replaced by a fixed (non-adjustable) rivet with the tension is fixed due to the lack…

Great manual grass shear This is a great pair of grass shears. Its not too long so it does overexert your hand or wrist when using them. I found them extremely sturdy and have many times stabbed them into the ground when weeding as well as banging them to shake off grass clippings. The blades are sharp and seems to be self sharpening.
