The most important tool I now own! This almost (except for the battery) green tool has become indispensable to me. I have disability issues and being unable to handle a power trimmer due to its size and weight prevents me from doing this part of lawn care. This tool with its adjustable handle height, wheels and light weight enables me to do trimming I have never been able to accomplish before. I just love it!

Really like this Grass Shear model This is our third Grass Trimmer. The first two still work, but we like this one best. The first we purchased is a Black and Decker 4.6V (not sure of the exact voltage, but it is over 4V and they discontinued the model (now it is 3.8V or 3.6V). Even with that voltage, it easily jammed with even the easiest of lawn trimming. When we temporarily lost the charger, we bought a American Gardener 4.6V grass timmer. Works nicely but doesn’t appear to be made to last My new “toy” arrived today and after taking it out of the package, I immediately gave it a try. I was a little disappointed that with exception of the blade, the entire tool is made of plastic. It is light weight, true, but doesn’t feel very substantial.
