Mostly good design but my battery is a dud – hassle replacing I really wanted to give this product a five star rating, but some issues emerged that dropped it to only three stars.First, the battery I received is a dud. After charging it fully it lasts less than 20 minutes under very light duty mowing conditions. I recharged it several times with the same poor results, and when I checked it with my voltmeter it shows virtually zero voltage and several ohms internal resistance, so clearly there is something amiss with it. Excelent compromise with some revisions We have used a corded B&D for many years but grew tired of cord management. Was wanting a light mower for steep ditches and banks. My gas mower gave out because of the steep banks and ditches…the engine wasn’t getting lubricated when the mower was at a steep angle. No problem now. This Greenworks mower works great on the banks. Goes thru high grass, the lithium ion batteries last as long as I need…ran it for about 45 min and didn’t run out of power. I would recommend this.
